General Information
(1) Applicants should refer to the
Qualifying Test (QT) website for detailed information on the QT
before proceeding to apply to sit for the QT below.
Eligibility
(2) Applicants should ensure that they fulfil the eligibility criteria stated on the
QT website. Applications made by ineligible applicants will
be rejected.
Choosing the QT Date
(3) Applicants will be prompted to specify their date of birth and select their preferred
QT date on the following page.
Submission of QT Fee and Required Supporting Documents
(4) Upon submitting the completed online application form, applicants should proceed to send
their fee payment and photocopies of the required supporting
documents to the following address:

Applicants should write “QT Registration” on the bottom left hand corner of the
envelope.
(5) Applicants should issue a crossed cheque (issued by Singapore-based banks)
OR a bank
draft/cashier’s order/money order drawn on a bank in Singapore made
payable to “CIVIL SERVICE
COLLEGE”. The
applicant’s name, passport number, contact number and “Registration
for QT” must be written on the
reverse of the cheque/bank draft/cashier’s order/money order.
(6) For further details on the fee and required supporting documents, please refer to the
QT website.
(7) All documents submitted for application purposes will not be returned to
applicants.
(8) You may wish to print out a copy of this page for your retention and reference.
